TUTORMAX is a DRIDON, LLC subsidiary. DRIDON was established in response to calls for greater access to educational support services in traditionally undeserved communities, in the NY Tri-State. The company was originally organized in, and is registered as, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company. DRIDON, through its subsidiary, TUTORMAX, provides high quality ancillary educational support services to students throughout the Tri-State. Overseen by a board of directors whose primary responsibility, by way of resolution, is to develop policies designed to charter the course of the organization.
